How PitchPass works
Two sides, one list. Traders pay a monthly pass for contacts. People who run events publish those events for nothing.
If you trade
- 1
Browse for free
Enter your postcode and a radius, then filter by trade — burgers, jewellery, coffee, plants, the lot.
- 2
Save a shortlist
Keep the fairs you might do. No pass needed to save; you need the pass to call.
- 3
Register the unit
Business, setup (gazebo, van, truck or a mix), photos and public liability insurance.
- 4
Pay £12.99 if you are booking
Unlock pitch fees and the people who actually answer the phone.
- 5
Apply the way they ask
Each event has notes: photos, hygiene ratings, deposits, street-trading consents.
If you run events
- 1
Publish for free
Name, dates, postcode, who you want on site, pitch fee and a bookings number.
- 2
Sit on the public list
Traders see the event next to markets and fairs already on PitchPass.
- 3
Take the calls
Subscribed traders unlock your contact list. You do not pay to be found.
- 4
Edit when pitches fill
Update spaces left, unpublish, or add the next date from My events.
